Returns & Exchanges
Here's the deal: we're still in our early stages here at Gravy. Right now, it's just three part-timers hustling away, mostly after hours and on weekends.
We're itching to roll out a more robust Return Policy once we're a bit more staffed up and can handle things beyond the graveyard shift. We do not currently offer returns or exchanges, and we hope you'll cut us some slack as we grow. Until then, rest assured, we're giving your orders a thorough once-over before they hit the road.
However, if you receive a product that appears to have been damaged in transit, please contact info@gravystyle.com so we can support you. Please provide us with your order number, some photographs of the packaging and the product, so we can help resolve the issue quickly. Damaged items from shipment must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
